Sainsbury's salad cream. After going for years without as I thought there was no vegan salad cream that wasn't icky I've been eating loads of salad sandwiches with a big dollop of the lovely sauce.

At the moment I can't stop making a peanut butter satay type sauce for tofu.

Helen has a thing for salsa at the moment puts it on everything.

I can highly recommend it. It tastes just like I remember Heinz Salad Cream. It's the low fat version and is labeled as suitable for vegans.

I was never a fan of mayo vegan or otherwise.

Also wholemeal toast with pure and yeast extract and lots of fresh spinach.

I recently discovered how easy it is to make delicious hummous, so I'm currently having it on/with almost everything I'm afraid I may turn into a chickpea.

Yes! Avocados and cashews are my current obsession as well.

I couldn't stand avocados before I went vegan, but now I can't seem to get enough of them. I find it amazing how our preferences change. Still trying to figure out why.

Both my (non-vegan) OH and I seem to be addicted to Dove's Farm Lemon Cookies at the moment. We get very sad if we run out, and have to get to the shop very quickly!!

homemade almond milk...it is the best. Almonds can be expensive so I can't drink as much as I would like, otherwise I could drink it like water.

Recently I can't get enough of Marigold swiss vegetable vegan bouillon. It said on the box you can have it as a delicious hot drink, so I tried it and now I can't stop drinking it.
I even bought some of those wee tiny fine noodles and cook them and add them to make a sort of noodle soup!
I think it's something to do with winter approaching!

Anyway, my current obsessions are porridge (oatmeal) made with Rice, almond and Hazelnut milk. Also, pretzels. And almond milk, but I can't afford that too often. :P

Hi Festered, it's a powder so you just mix one teaspoon with hot water and it makes a delicious hot drink. It's my version of cup-a-soup!

I get mine in a health food shop but I think Holland and Barrett sell it too!
