Happy Thanksgiving, Canada!

Hope my fellow Canadians had a lovely Thanksgiving yesterday and got to eat as much tasty Tofurky as I did!! ^_^


(Oh and not to exclude, hope all of you Americans had a nice Columbus Day.. I don't know what that is but my calendar tells me it fell on the same day as our Thanksgiving, lol)

Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. I'm American and live in London but ended up eating a lovely vegan Canadian Thanksgiving dinner Sunday with people from Canada, the US, Taiwan, and Russia... Though it wasn't exactly 'traditional' (no tofurkey), except for the pumpkin pie (yum! ). Hope all the Canadians on the forum had a nice day and got to eat pumpkin pie!

What is a Canadian thanksgiving celebrating?

Canadian Thanksgiving celebrates the end of the harvest season. So by definition it should really be a great holiday for vegans... I don't know where the turkey comes in.
