    Default Glucosamine

The latest catalogue from ZipVit has just arrived with the post and they're now offering glucosamine tablets that are suitable for vegetarians and vegans at a sensible price.

I've already asked them to consider making more of their products vegan friendly (eg non-gelatine capsules) so let's hope they have more to offer us over the coming months.

Glucosamine is a key ingredient in cartilage. As we get older or if we are hard on our joints, this cartilage wears out. Taking glucosamine can help repair/construct cartilage. I take Deva glucosamine with MSM and CMO. It's good but not cheap!

Glucosamine and MSM are brilliant for athiritis and any other joint problems but you need the 3, 6 and 9 oils to make them work better. I get my 3's which you need double the amount of from flax and the 6 and 9's from pumpkin. MSM and these oils are also great for the lungs.
