Liberation movements throughout history have relied on the energy, passion, and creativity of grassroots activists. Now, it's time for grassroots animal rights activists to join together to take the animal rights movement to the next level. The first annual Grassroots Animal Rights Conference (GARC) will provide the forum for doing that by providing an opportunity for grassroots activists from throughout North America to come together to learn, organize, and mobilize.
