I can recommend Meridian Foods "free from" korma or tikka masala sauces, especially for those who, like me, prefer their curries less hot and spicy. Last week I had the korma one with baby corn, sugarsnaps, cauliflower, onion, mushrooms, chickpeas, carrots and mixed peppers, served with jacket potato and garlic & coriander naan bread. It was incredibly yummy, so much so that I'm making it again later this week.
