    Default Vegan jus

    Does anyone here know how to make a vegan jus? Failing this just after something to put on a nut roast. So far i've get red pepper sauce and gravy - Stop.

    Mix in a teaspoon or cranberry sauce/jelly with the gravy and a glug of red wine. Should taste OK.
