    Ciao ninoterra!

Come stai? Well that's about all the Italian I remember right now. You might not find vegan restaurants but Tuscany is so beautiful, who cares! Welcome and enjoy!

Hi and welcome, Valentina, Tuscany sounds wonderful, but must be difficult to be vegan there. Are some wines vegan?. Have you tried ordering on line for vegan stuff?.

Hope folks on here can help.

Veganitalia its pretty good.....i found out that in Italy there are just 4 vegan restaurants....can you believe it?
You know....sometimes when i go out for dinner i need to say that i'm allergic to some stuff 'cause they just have no respect for vegans, they just don't respect the fact that you don't eat certain things.....it's just sooooo sad.

Hi ninottera and welcome ! It sounds even more difficult to be a vegan in Italy than in Norway at least here, even if they do not know the word vegan try to be polite.

I remember eating at a vegan Sri Lankan restaurant in Milan but it was years and years ago. If you're ever in Milan, a good friend of mine lives there and can probably guide you to some good vegan food.

    Hi ninottera, o meglio: BENVENUTA!
u are not the only italian in here, i'm from a small town near Venice, and for me too is a lot difficult to find a vegan spot around here. Per non parlare del fatto di fare accettare l'idea dell'essere vegan ai miei!

    Anyway, welcome again!
