    I am loving this website. You may have already seen it but I only just found it so I am sharing it here.

    I love the charts for nutrient balance and protein quality. Here I did a search for baked beans.

    Had a little look around and it seems fairly useful alright. Pity the foods seem to be all american though!

    Yeah the measures are but non processed food fruit and veg is universal.

    Agree, but I eat quite a lot of things I wouldn't consider highly processed (like wholemeal pasta) which are just not on there.

    I've been using that website for a while although the search sucks(figures)... I go to google and type the "(food name) nutritional facts) and it usually comes up.
