My two children haven't made a conscious decision to become vegan, they are eating a vegan diet by default as that is what I now prepare. My daughter has said she wants to be vegetarian, so I'm ok with that, my son will probably eat meat once a fortnight when his ignorant and obnoxious father forces him to eat it at his house.
This may be a daft question, but I'm obviously concerned about B12 and take a supplement myself. But what do I give the children? I can't find a supplement suitable for them. We talked about it last night, they both think it makes sense for them to have it, but I can't find one anywhere!
Does anyone know of a brand especially for vegan children?
