    Default Super Pea Protein Isolate

    Since I have become vegan my weight has plummeted. Not only have I lost body fat which is great but also muscle. I used to have huge legs from all the football and cycling I have done over the years. I am now unable to perform as well when I go out on my bike. This makes me believe I have not been getting enough protein in my diet.

    So, I have purchased some Pea protein isolate. I now do a little work out in the morning and then make a smoothie with it in. It's not the nicest taste but it can be disguised with different fruits.

    I wonder whether I can add it to cooked food? Anyone know?

    Maybe you should check out the vegan fitness forum / body builders forum (not quite sure what it is called, sorry) for tips on what to eat when training.

    Thanks for that Marrers. I am a member, that's where I got the tip for the pea protein powder.

    Does anyone else keep fit or work out on here?
