It happened to me with red veg..I never went and now it's closed down!
Is RV actually closed down for good? Every time that I have been to London recently the end of Dean St has been boarded up. I've been going to the Loving Hut instead, for my burger and chips needs - yet to try something else there.

aye, the building's been demolished for Crossrail.

I heard they were looking for a new location, but not heard anything definite yet.

Does anybody have any news about the Lovin Hut's plans for Brighton?

When I went to Loving Hut for the first time recently there were 2 people in there eating constantly - they were finishing a burger & chips when we arrived, then had a plate from the buffet, then ordered a fishburger & chips as we left. I fear people like that are hogging tables and not paying much.

I think that's why someone told me they thought it wouldn't last long..

To be honest I tried it once and wasn't tooo impressed with the food, I wanted to try the burger but they were out so I had some things from the buffet which weren't that hot and were quite greasy...
but I shared some carrot cake for dessert and thought it was rather nice....
I hope it get's more supportive customers....I'm intending on returning to try the burger at somepoint....

    The owner seemed really nice...

Bloody greedy! How were they not sick!?

Three of the four times i've been the same guy has been dining on the next table. I wonder if anyone else has seen him, or is him...
