i like to check out fitday.com to see if i am getting all my vitamins etc... naturally. if by the end of the day the site indicates i'm deficient in somethin important - i ususally take a multi vitamin or a specific one if i have it.
one vitamin i always exceed is A, and today i had 1954.3 % of my rda of vit K. both these are fat soluable. so is it alright to have so much of these on a daily basis? can u have too many vitamins?
