Advice to help food poisoning

Was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice to ease and relieve the effect of food poisoning?

A bit late for you but...Not 100% this is right but ginger is supposed to help with feeling nauseous, charcoal tablets 'soak' up anything lurking in the gut and maybe help with the runs.
Lot's of water to help the body flush out any nasties.
That and probably take a vegan pro-biotic to refresh everything that got 'flushed out'

Last time I got food poisoning it was from only eating at various veggie only establishments in Brighton...it's not always something you can be in control of.

Are there non vegan products for food poisoning then?
