I don’t think the majority of them are (I could be wrong) but I would not be surprised if some are or eventually will be genetically modified. I have seen favorable articles about GMO mentioned in online hydroponics’ magazines. There is hydroponics’ facility a few miles away from where I live.

Thanks for the url, MzNatural. Not sure if I'll continue eating hydroponic toms - all these 'nutrients' that get sprayed on. Though no different from 'ordinary' tomatoes, which don't taste good at all. Think I'll stick to tomato sauce!
