    Default Sticky Toffee Pudding

    Hi

    Hope its ok to post links only I had a craving for sticky toffee pudding today and spent ages surfing for a recipe. Amazing how many "Vegan" recipe's have egg in them - it was driving me crazy looking. Still I happened upon this: http://theveganronin.blogspot.com/20...e-pudding.html and it was truly delicious - better than any veggie version I've eaten in the past!

    Truly is was so so yummy - very sweet, moist and sticky! You need custard or soya cream to go with it I think to balance ou the sweetness!
