Raw food?

Hullo everyone
Recently I've been trying to go 100% raw and was wondering if any of you guys from Brighton are raw? (As it'd be nice to know people that are!)
Also there's a talk/dinner party like event at Aloka if anyone's interested in going, I was considering it but am unsure on going on my own.

As of today i have gone raw. I think im making a good informed choice on this one. Im really excited!

Aloka is full of such yummy food xD I hope you get to go and have a great time. I just wanted to ask out of interest, why do people go raw? For what reasons? I don't know much/anything about it really but I'm interested.

I eat a lot of raw food but I am no longer 100% raw as I don't feel I can do it properly on what we currently earn. Summer is fine as we grow our own veg but winter root vegetables are hard to eat raw so i tend to do raw in summer and cooked in winter.
