    Default Blue Dragon stuff

    Most Blue dragon stuff contains egg or fish sauce. But their Thai Green Curry paste and the red one are both available at Co-op, £1.69 but worth it, and are clearly marked vegan on the jar. Made a thai green curry with mushrooms,aubergines and spring onions, added a bit of garlic and a chilli with a can of coconut milk... awesome.

    Yeah I have been using the Thai green curry one too. Does help make a nice curry. Lasts a while too.

    I don't know if there's a specific thread for Blue Dragon wonton soup, but i just e-mailed them about the ambiguous 'chicken flavouring' in the ingredients list, and they've told me it's from yeast extract and therefore vegan. In case anyone else was wondering...
