Hi,

This is my first post on here so hello all, I have only been vegan for the last couple of months by why it took me so long i cant answer.
Well what I am looking for is a vegan bread off the shelf in NZ, most if not all have E481 in them which just leaves me guessing, I have contacted various companies as to the origin but as of yet no replies! So any help would be welcomed,
