We know that we need to balance calcium with iron, that is to say getting too much of one will disrupt the other, even if we are getting the other in the appropiate amount.

What other nutritional balances do we need to keep?

I can think of these:

Calcium/magnesium

lysine/arginine(do we need arginine?)

sodium/pottassium

water/fiber

protein/carbs/fat

I am personally/specifically wondering if there are any b-vitamins that should not be overdone.
