    Default Suma TVP chunks

This post is just for info. I recently bought Suma TVP chunks and TVP mince, which have the same ingredients but different textures and sizes. I was surprised to find that the nutritional content was radically different for the two products, with the mince being 50% protein while the label on the chunks said they contained only 8.5% protein. I contacted Suma and it is a labelling error - the chunks also contain 50% protein (and 35% carbohydrate, not 74% like it says on the label). It appears that only one batch is faulty, but if anyone else comes across the faulty batch, fear not - the chunks are just as full of goodness as the mince.
