I bought this about 6 months ago but have been cooking from it recently, 2 of the recipes I really didn't care for - Roasted Tofu (pic below) & Cincinnati Chilli. The tofu was boring and the chilli tasted weird having cinnamon in.

There were a few recipes that I really did like - the Basic Seitan was really good (great texture and great as a basic recipe that you can add things to), the Chickpea Cacciatore and Split Pea Soup (pics below), both of these were delicious.
