I absolutely love cake from The Chicago Diner. I live in MO, and the Whole Foods store near me sells them by the slice. I've had Cookie's n Cream, Cocoa Mousse, chocolate chip cheesecake, and Carrot Cake. They are unbelievable. Even my 17 year old sister, who is definitely not vegan, loves them. My Whole Foods also carries muffins, cookies, and scones from The Chicago Diner, all vegan. I love it that they use whole wheat flours and turbinado sugar, and everything is trans fat free as well as vegan.

I also love muffins from Trader Joe's. Blueberry/Raspberry Oat Bran is my favorite, followed by Blueberry Bran, and Berry Mango.

and Amy's products are awesome. the meals are tiny tiny but they are good!

I just found that Target carries some Amy's meals that are a full 10 ounces (marked as "Whole Meal" [in my local store, at least].)

I have to agree with many people on here and say my favorite is: Vegenaise

I love making potato salad, coleslaw, broccoli slaw, etc. with it... and a lovely dip of vegenaise, mustard, and hot sauce for tater tots.

I tried that Nayonnaise stuff but it doesn't hold a grain of salt to Vegenaise.

Just like with soy-milk, you'll most likely need to try many different brands in order to find something that you really like. Another thing to note is that if you are considering using any of the drinks for more than just taste or cooking, make sure that you look at the nutritional values.

Basically all these aside from the rice dream and sour patch kids, which I haven't tried (good gravy, they aren't real kids, now are they ), though I'm sure I'd like those too. What I like best with wholesoy, aside from lemon or cherry, is to get vanilla and mix in blackberry preserves with it. Mmmm...

COOKIE AVALANCHE!!! (purely decadent vegan ice cream, it's like cookies and cream - I'd eat half of it on the bus if eating was allowed on the bus, if I had a spoon with me, and if such a thing would be socially acceptable).

Has anyone else tried Daiya "cheese" shreds? I think so far only the Vegan Store (Pangea)-- http://www.veganstore.com -- is selling it to consumers. I think it's the best non-dairy cheese I've had thus far--and I think I've tried most. It's not soy or nut based. I ordered the "cheddar" style and though it didn't taste exactly like cheddar, it's the closest I've found and it melted the best. It also didn't make me feel nauseous as many of the others did. I'm probably gonna order A LOT more of it!
