Market research - new vegan cake business

I'm trying to get funding for my new vegan cake business - Betty's Bakehouse - and to do so I'm needing people to help with my market research! I'm sorry to say that I can't pay participants but I'll randomly pick someone from the people who do participate and send them out some cupcakes - sounds like an alright deal to me!

My business will be making vegan cakes, mainly cupcakes, to sell at stalls and through mail-order.

Hi Kiki,

Don't have any stalls lined up for this year yet but there will definitely be some in Glasgow. I will be taking samples to the Glasgow Vegan Meet-up Group's potluck on February 14th though if you're around? Also, since I'm just starting, it would be great if people could inform me of events they think might be a good place for selling me cakes.

Edinburgh Festival would have been greatly improved with more (and better) vegan cakes! Go there! (particularly in the first week, cos that's when I'll be there this year! )
