    Default Gaining weight

    Hi all, I'm new around these parts I was hoping to find someone who could help me form a plan to gain weight (what to eat, etc.) Ever since I went vegan (3 months ago) I have lost weight even though I am eating quite well.

    I am a male 18 year old and I weigh 148 pounds at a height of 6'2 for reference...

    What do you eat typically in a day, at the moment? What's your lifestyle, activity level like?
    If you can post a daily menu people may find it easier to see why you are losing weight and also how you could incorporate more calories into your lifestyle

    However my advice would be;
    • Make sure you eat often
      • Incorporate some 'Shakes' with nut butters in, into your daily diet
      • Make sure you get enough starchy carbs , especially if you are active and/or your metabolism is generally very efficient
      • Add some 'good' oils such as avacado and olive, to your meals
      • Snack on protein bars, breads with nut butters or other high-calorie spreads
      • Eat loads of cupcakes

    (okay that last one's true but probably not the healthiest way to control weight loss.
    The greatest mistake is to do nothing because you can only do a little.
