    Default faux meats

    i eat stuff like GARDEIN, LIGHT LIFE, all those "faux" vegan meats. just curious, (i know processed and all that isnt the best for us) but im just curious if theirs vegans out there that eat a heavily supply of faux meats like these, and know there ok. i prob eat one package of it a day, but i serve it with a huge plate of veggis mixed in with it.
