mmm, looks delish! apart from the peas, which are evil not sure why I don't like peas, apparently when I was little, I would eat SO many, and then at some point, perhaps due to some pea trauma which I have blocked from my memory, I stopped being able to eat them!! Very annoying seeing as I like all other veggies!

Our Burns Night dinner - haggis, neeps & tatties!
www.paperbagblog.wordpress.com
Looks very much like ours Troutina, except that you had some sprouts - a good addition.
Not having to eat actual haggis is the 927th good reason to go vegan I always think.
Brown rice and black lentils (beneath the rest of the food...), steamed broccoli, tempeh cooked with ginger, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce, and lettuce with tahini sauce and black pepper.
I had a variantion of this last night. Less veggies b/c I didn't have any on hand but delicious nonetheless!

Happy Pancake Tuesday everyone!
Fluffy blueberry and raspberry pancakes with white chocolate spread and maple syrup.
This white chocolate spread is amazing <3
Cheese and chive scones. They don't look like much but they taste great!
I veganised this recipe http://www.food.com/recipe/cheese-an...-scones-180493 with Wilmersburger pizzaschmeltz cheese and nutritional yeast, as well as sunflower oil margarine and soya milk.
New England Blam Chowder from The Sexy Vegan Cookbook:
^ooh how was it? I have that cookbook!
It was really nice, very creamy and delicious
^I have never had clam chowder with actual seafood before so I wouldn't be able to compare it to anything... but I'd like to try that recipe!
Today's lunch: baked asparagus with dijon sauce, candied yams, and spaghetti with lots of ground up mushrooms and some daiya jack style cheese mixed into the sauce.
I also made spring rolls, and they turned out amazing.
