That Omlette looks yum! Do you have a recipe?
Yep its this one from Fat Free Vegan:http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2007/09...e-for-one.html
Its the first time that I have made it, I will adapt things next time (a bit more nutritional yeast/bigger frying pan) but it was good
Pizza topped with sauce (tomato puree, E.V. olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt), chargrilled vegetables (red, green & yellow bell peppers, courgettes), mushroom, tomato, onion, black olives

Whilst performing my usual morning 'ablutions' I considered taking a photo of last nights delicious vegan meal I ate.
Due to poor lighting in my smallest room I couldn't take a decent photo though

You, m'matey, need to come to Milton Keynes and try the Fish'n'Chip lunch at Veggie World.
Took my omni work colleague there for one a few weeks back. Best fish and chips he had ever tasted in his life, he said.
All done in the best possible taste ...
Well worth it matey, imho.
Best clear a bit of space of in your freezer and extend your credit card limit afore ye come though. As well as being one of the better veggie eateries in the country they also have the best frozen 'faux meat' range that you could probably find in one place in the world.
All done in the best possible taste ...
Grande! Will do, thank for the heads-up

Coconut bundt cake; I made this as a thank you at work for a professional practice experience for school and about six different people, all omnivores, asked for a copy of the recipe. I made it once before for my husbands parents and they loved it too. VERY popular cake among the omnivores! The recipe is from here: http://kblog.lunchboxbunch.com/2012/...zed-vegan.html (I used a simple lemon glaze in place of hers)

Everything posted looks delicious! I have been perusing this thread for far too long.
I had been eating so much salad, but with the cold weather setting in, I've been craving comfort food and tons of soup!
Chili with Tofutti "better than sour cream". .. I hate it so I add apple cider vinegar, onion powder, s&p and remix it. Then it is tolerable for me!
I also don't care for their cream cheese.. Although if I get enough wine in me and I have bagels around, the cream cheese is the first thing I grab.
This led me to conclude that the cream cheese was taste tested and approved by some individuals who had had one too many.
Pumpkin soup
Nanaimo bars. These were awesome, and my coworkers were in agreement.. Though perplexed that they were indeed vegan.
sushi! I'm so sick of sushi. I tend to make things repeatedly until I am sick of them, it is a weird idiosyncrasy of mine ?
Thai peanut noodle salad
More to come! I photograph my food quite often.
Mixed berry lemon zest muffins (these were amazing!)
Samosa pie (also amazing)
Todays empires, tomorrows ashes...
No worries! I was pretty shocked at how good it was to be honest. I don't normally like Tofutti stuff, I only bought it cause the health food shop was out of vegusto and I had a serious craving for a pizza.

Sorry if they're really big, editing on photobucket always takes a while to kick in.
haven't posted for a while, but here are a couple of things I've made this weekend. http://i1051.photobucket.com/albums/...v2012001-1.jpg

The top photo is a sausage, red onion and rocket sandwich from Infinity Foods - my favourite! The second photo is our roast dinner from the weekend - including Redwood's Cheatin' Turkey Roast, stuffing, roast potatoes and parsnips, broccoli, carrots, sprouts and mashed swede, with Redwood's gravy. Yum!

I froze mushy peas in to burger shapes then coated them in flour, then battered and deep fried in about an inch of oil. Will probably mix some pepper in next time for a bit more flavour but they were nice enough without.
