Risker, Firestorm and MissKat, all of your food looks great!
Firestorm, I am very impressed with that Oreo trifle! You are always so creative with your desserts!

oooh everything looks so tantalizing!
I forgot to take a picture of the black forest cake I made for bf's birthday yesterday! I made coconut milk whipped cream and it was amazing! He did not complain about the cake being vegan because I'm not gonna lie, it was effing decadent!
Today I made cabbage-veg soup (had cabbage that needed to be used!) and a vermacelli tofu cabbage-veg stir fry with a thai peanut sauce.
Braved getting some takeout from the new sushi place in town.
Not pictured is the agadashe tofu that is super epic. I got avacado and veg roll (Without mayo or cream cheese), spicy tofu roll without the spicy mayo, a veggie iniri pocket.
Soo delicious. Part of me is scared that it was not entirely vegan, but I have no reason to believe that after asking the people over the phone and doing my research on sushi bar cuisine
Yum, I love sushi!

Chinese takeout from Please Don't Feed The Bears - Admittedly this doesn't look great but it tasted fantastic:
15" pizza
Dough - Wholemeal atta flour, white flour, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, yeast
Sauce - Tomato puree, vegetable oil, oregano, basil, salt, pepper
Topping - Tomato, mushroom, red pepper
Had some dough left so made this one as well

It certainly does for me anyway. Soaked and uncooked chickpeas are fine, it's kidney beans you need to keep an eye on!
Todays empires, tomorrows ashes...
I used bought falafels. When you're making your own make sure the oil is very hot before you put them in, that way it seals the outside before they have a chance to fall apart.
"I don't want to live on this planet any more" - Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth
The oil was really hot
I guess I'll have to keep trying as I love falafel and would love to be able to make it properly at home! Will try soaked chickpeas next time on the advice of Barry! Do you have a recipe to share?

Do you have a recipe for that Blueberries?
Chickpea pickle sandwich with Burger flavour crisps
This might look like something with melted cheese on top but its the Banana split pudding brownies from VWAV
Mashed potatoes with punk rock chickpea gravy from VWAV
Yes but it is a bit slapdash!
-Mix together chickpea flour and soya milk in a bowl (roughly a ratio of about 1 part flour to 2 parts soya milk I think, I never measure)
- Add whatever seasonings you like (I usually add black salt, garlic granules, pepper & herbs).
- Put it into a tin lined with ready-rolled shortcrust pastry and bake at 180·c until the chickpea mixture solidifies (about 20-25 minutes maybe, I just keep an eye on it and take it out when it starts to brown)
Burger flavoured crisps are intriguing! Those brownies do look like they have a melted cheese layer! Also I've never made the chickpea gravy despite having VWAV for about 5 years, it looks really good!

I can highly recommend it, it was lovely. The Burger crisps are from M&S (reviewed by Veggies here) and are gorgeous
Hungry!! : D
I eat mostly raw but I had this in a veggie/vegan restaurant last week and it was just beautiful!! I'm sure I won't manage to recreate it! Great to get the full recipe online though!
Cauliflower, leek and polenta cake with lemongrass and ginger, topped with tofu, red onion and almond served with coconut and coriander sauce
Sorry I don't seem to have photo-posting capabilities! So see link http://bit.ly/YDtxQq but the photo doesn't do it justice at all but it was really gorgeous!

Defo going to make Firestorm's chickpea gravy and Blueberries' quiche!
Todays empires, tomorrows ashes...
Burger flavoured crisps? My mind just exploded. lol I am pretty sure we don't have anything like that here but I don't peruse the chip aisle often.
Was your sandwich just chickpeas or was it like a chickpea mock tuna? I have a really awesome chickpea mock tuna recipe if you're interested.
All this food makes me want to head into the kitchen now and prepare something delicious! Sadly I have to go shopping first. *digs out vegan cookbooks*
Firestorm - everything looks SO GOOD!
Here are a few things I've been eating lately:
(Jus-Rol croissants, a reuben with a side of Popchips, and a platter of food at a pub on Devil's Dyke!)
