I cant wait for this one to arrive, Amazon and the rest of the online book shops dont seem to be able to get it out until the 25th of July, but Bookdepository have it in stock. You can look inside it on Amazon and some of the food looks brilliant.

Thanks for the link, that looks like a bit of a mega-book! I'm full just looking at it

I cant wait for it to arrive, generally I have a BIG appetite (especially for such a tiny person), and I find a lot of Vegan recipes unfulfilling. Maybe some of these recipes will finally fill me!
Sounds good!
Whenever I have a monster appetite, normally my best friends are pulses / legumes.
And really large salads, of course.
Best regards,
Andy
wow. i need this.
"i'm rejecting my reflection, cause i hate the way it judges me."
I've made quite a few things from this now - Roast Broccotato Soup, Real Men Eat Quiche Lorraine, Bacon Onion Biscuits, Raisin Corn Breakfast Bread, Mushroom Soup, Ham-ish Saucisses, Bacon & Lentil Pot O'Stew. They all turned out brilliantly.
I have this on ebook, I've flicked through it but nothing really appealed to me. I read on the author's blog that they are changing the name on the next re-print to 'Home Cooked Vegan Comfort Food'.

^^ I saw that too, maybe it will make the book more successful?
I think it changes the emphasis of the book a bit from quantity to quality, if that makes sense! Maybe people thought that a book for 'monster appetites' would be too unhealthy or would have really large portions? I have flicked through this and 500 Vegan recipes (they both have the same authors or at least one of the same authors, don't they?) and none of the recipes have really appealed to me but then I'm always willing to be inspired and discover something new
