Hope this includes some savoury pies. As a quasi-northern English male I have a mutated gene directing me towards pies of varying sorts.

I'm thinking it might tend towards the sweet sort, but I'm sure the recipes are flexible enough to play around with.

I've never really done pies and tarts. Looking forward to (hopefully) impressing my friends and family!

Ahh ok! I'll have to see if I can find some blog pics then! For now I've ordered her other 2 sweet books (cupcakes & cookies) and am very excited to get them! -Though I'm not sure how good it's going to be for my waistline! LOL

I loooooove this book!

After I made the lemon mouse pie, I made the same but substituted with orange. It was really nice, but lemon was just amazing.

I'm now going through the book to choose a pie recipe for Valentines Day. Don't know which to go for yet, but I think it needs chocolate

I love her books. I have the cupcake book as well, which is brilliant, the biscuits book is nice as well. I also have vegan with a vengeance and the Veganomicon, all of these are my favourite cookbooks and I own way too many cookbooks!

I made the 'Boston Pie' with a biscuit base, cake layer, vanilia cream layer and chocolate ganache. It's bloody good.

I just gotten this book out of the library. If I'm honest I've never been a massive fan of pies, I've always preferred crumble to pastry, but I must say that there are some very nice-looking recipes in here! I'm definitely drawn to the Blueberry Bliss cheesecake and the Boston cream cake pie

It's a fantastic book and thank you for the reminder, was just thinking of what to do with the enormous amount of apples my daughter brought back from an apple picking excursion!
