    Exclamation Converting arrow root to corn starch measurements

    Im trying to make these Vegan Lemon bars and i don't want to use Arrow Root Powder it says its an alternative to cornstarch so i would rather use that

    this is the recipe I just need help converting the Aarow Root to Corn Starch measurements if someone could help me that would be amazing!

    I found this conversion on a Bryanna Clarke Brogan site:
    1 tsp. cornstarch= 1+3/4 tsp. arrowroot
