Ok so i eat a pretty balanced diet, but my hair is thinning a bit and I've narrowed it down to lack of Lysine as the cause. I have every other nutrient, vitamin, and essential amino acid in my diet except for Lysine.
I keep searching for lysine rich foods and all i find are animal products with like 5000 mg/oz with the occasional fruit or something with like 50 mg/oz.
I need Lysine, can someone suggest to me a good vegan source that I can get my daily value's worth from?
