Last week I wanted a smoothie when I was out shopping. So I went in a shop and was checking them all to see if any were dairy free. They all said 'contains milk' 'contains milk' but then I stumbled across 'contains milk and fish' It was because this particular smoothie had omega 3 added to it but how gross is that! To actually see it written on the side and people still drink it! Mmmm a lovely fish smoothie!
^ that's disgusting. I dunno what they've got in the UK but in southern california we've got Juice It Up and Jamba Juice where they'll sub anything to veganize it for you, and they make delicious smoothies.
Either this wallpaper goes, or I do.
I LOVED jamba juice in the US
^ Isn't it DIVINE?!?!?!

...Similar to Coldstone consistency but vegan of course. I am thinking of using coconut milk in place of cream and vanilla soymilk in place of regular milk. My problem is that I am having to add too much ice, which de-creams the shake. Any ideas?
What is Coldstone?

Oh you Brits! Coldstone is a ritzy ice cream restaurant franchise here in the US. Very unhealthy (high fat, high sugar) ice creams, but amazing taste. I am trying to copy their vanilla milkshake recipe but I am having to use too much ice in it...
Frozen Blackberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Bananas
Orange or Pine-apple Juice
Peanut butter
...Delicious!
I may simple smoothies with the same basic rotation of ingredients - depending on my mood. All regular staples of my diet before I was even vegan.
