I am currently a student undertaking a BSc Human Nutrition degree at the University of Westminster (London) and have been a vegan myself for over 20 years. My final year project is to investigate the advice given by health food stores to vegetarians and vegans regarding supplementing their diet. Therefore I am attempting to establish a baseline about what type of supplements vegetarians and vegans take, how often and why they do/do not take them.

Please could you help me with this project as my aim is to improve the advice that these retail outlets give to vegetarians and vegans. All participants will be eneterd into a prize draw for a vegan cookery book if you leave your e-mail address in the place provided. No details will be given to third parties and will be used soley for my project.
