Just had a late (9am) breakfast of 2 slices of cinammon toast washed down with a cup of molasses (1 x teaspoonful in hot water) with added powdered ginger and turmeric.
airalien, I think you would be better off starting to cook yourself decent meals from whatever vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains you can get locally, even if they are not organic etc. Nothing will be gained by making yourself ill by not eating properly. You can locate organic sources and start to grow your own later.

I am looking to become a raw vegan but my diet is already severely lacking; so the rice is until I can find some more things.
Hi airalien, this thread is meant as a source of ideas; an inspiration for other forumers re. what they can eat. If you don't eat proper meals, not only is there no need to post about it here, but you need to do something with it as soon as possible. If you have questions or things you want to discuss about health/food, please use other trheads. You have mentioned that you have been vegan for 4 years, and if the best thing you can come up with for dinner is just rice after all these years, you really need to do something with your diet - now.
I will not eat anything that walks, swims, flies, runs, skips, hops or crawls.
Yesterday:
2 choc. covered cherries
1 ABC snickerdoodle cookie
vegan chili w/chickpeas and balckbeans
gingerberry kombucha
excellent (although very carb-heavy) dinner made by my husband: tahini lemon rice and beans w/kale, lemony roasted potatoes, baked asian style tofu
Breakfast: toast with yeast extract and pumpkin seed butter (separate pieces of toast!); cucumber, tomatoes
Lunch: avocado, spinach and pine nut sandwich; lettuce and tomato salad
Dinner: lentil soup; stew made with artichoke hearts, potatoes and broad beans
(Normally I'd eat a ton of fruit, but I've been out most of today and not had a chance.)
It's a bit like peanut butter only green, and (presumably) full of zinc! Only problem is it's getting rather hard to find, I keep meaning to see if I can make my own in the food processor.

my mum is in a cooking frenzy so i'm going to have homemade celeriac soup for lunch and then veg curry for dinner. making the most of it before i go back to uni!
Breakfast - Wholemeal toast and a smoothie (raspberry, cherry, banana and apple juice)
Lunch - Hummus and a baguette
Tea - Curry bake, green beans and root veg mash (leeks, carrots and potato)
Snacks - Turkish delight and christmas cake
Drinks - Various cups of tea
Breakfast: coffee with corn flakes and soy milk
Lunch: left over rice and peas, sweetcorn and sesame seeds. Toast with HP sauce spread on top (not sure why I keep eating this :s )
Tea: homemade vegetable empanadas
Snacks: dried pears and an apple
soy mocha w/marshmallows
big salad (romaine, 1 whole avocado, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, green onion/miso vinaigrette)
spoonful of maple pb
spicy collard green and black-eyed pea soup w/brown rice (fat free vegan)
breakfast: porridge with blueberries, black americano
lunch: celeriac soup, ryvita, houmous, alpro forest fruits yogurt
dinner: jacket potato, roast veg, salad, stewed apple and soya cream
i had the odd cup of black coffee as well, and a pear.
Breakfast: Oats with a spoonful of oatbran, raisins and other dried fruit, cinnamon with a banana whipped in.
Snack: Mixed berry Trek bar
Lunch: Salad with veggies
Snack: Bear fruit roll-up, handful of Ritz crackers
Dinner: Smoked tofu, broccoli, edamame beans, carrot sticks and samosa
Snack: Dark chocolate, dried fruit and handful of granola bites.
Breakfast: banana (had to rush out)
Lunch: hummus and salad wrap
Tea: leftover Stollen (aargh! still got a load left)
Dinner: braised red cabbage with apples, tofu sausages, pommes Anna (sort of - didn't quite work out), orange, grapes
breakfast: porridge with stewed apple, coffee
snack: clemetine, coffee, two dried figs
lunch: salad with lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, balsamic dressing and cold roasted veg, apple, grapes
snack: coffee and a piece of banana bread
dinner: lentil bolognese and half a jacket potato, soya yogurt, piece of banana bread and some green&blacks 70% chocolate
and then more coffee, currently drinking (it is decaf!)
Breakfast - Cinnamon porridge and soy milk
Snack - Crisps
Lunch - No chorizo and bean pasty
Tea - Vegan thai style fish cakes with rice, red peppers, leek, mushroom and tomato
Drinks - tea and water

D: Chicken style tempeh, mash, carrots, sprouts, boston beans, home made gravy
