Blueberries, did you make your own naan bread? If not, how did you manage to find a dairy free one? o.o
No, I bought it, there's a brand in Ireland called Country Kitchen that makes a dairy-free one, I'm not sure if its available in the UK. There used to be a dairy-free one in Tesco ages ago but I haven't seen it recently.
Breakfast- Cinnamon apple oat meal with a dash of cashew butter and extra cinnamon mixed in and some pear on the side
Lunch: Big salad with cucumbers, chickpeas, celery,olives, almonds & vegan rice cheese with an apple on the side
Dinner: Vegan Lentil Stew with sweet potato biscuits
Snack: Either blueberry yogurt with a cookie or a Lara bar
Breakfast: Pumpkin and raisin cereal with almond milk and chocolate hazelnut milk
Snack: Banana, walnuts, and sunflower seeds
Lunch: Pinto beans and a sliced up raw orange bell peppers
Dinner: Leftover burritos and white bean hummus with black bean and garlic chips

L: Chips and 3 Linda McCartney sausages (excess in it's finest!)
D: 2 spring rolls and then popcorn. I couldn't be bothered to cook, clearly!

Dinner: Barbeque seitan 'ribs' with jalapeno poppers, paprika wedges and battered onion rings.
Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with Vitalite and marmite, another with PB and J
Lunch: Olives, wholemeal pitta, salad and courgette things (I grated a courgette, mixed it with a little oil, crumbs of one slice of bread, some vegan cheese sauce powder, nooch, salt, pepper, fresh chopped basil, made into balls, coated with flour then fried and served with harissa and ketchup...DIVINE!)
Dinner: We are going to Yo! Sushi or the local curry house

Salad with sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, broccoli, and a bunch of other veggies, Sweet potato fries, and a baked potato (I was obviously dragged out to a fish restaurant by friends. Seriously, those were the only three things on the menu, including appetizers, that I could eat!)
