    Leftover pasta and peas with tofu, almonds and pickled cactus. Wasn't particularly pleasant, need to buy more food tomorrow.

    No appetite at all recently, need to start eating more than one meal a day but I never feel like it.

    Wow, scrambled tofu seems to be the hot trend at the moment!

    Oats, craisins, pumpkin seeds w/ soy milk
    Coffee w/ little bit of soy milk and a ginger cookie snap thingy
    Bit of dark chocolate
    Scrambled tofu on whole dark rye bread that had seedy things in it
    Green tea
    Plum
    More dark chocolate
    Dinner will be left over risotto from last night

    Dinner: Salad with buttnernut squash and a little bit of nut roast.
    Snack: No-bake oatmeal carrot cake ball, chunk of peanut butter & jelly Larabar and some mixed berry yoghurt

    Lunch: Salad with baked squash and raw veggies, and some houmous. Apple.
    Snack: Handful of tortilla chips and baked edamame beans.
    Dinner: Curry with 1 chappati and some grated carrot on the side.
    Snack: No-bake peanut butter ball. Two pints of Grolsch.

    Porridge with soya milk and a dollop of strawberry jam *nom*
    Wholemeal pitta bread filled with ketchup, mayola, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a lincolnshire meatfree mix burger thing with chips and vinegar on the side.
    Thai green curry with mange tout,peppers, baby sweetcorn and 'chicken' pieces, brown rice and spring roll.
    Couple of ginger nut biscuits, and salted kettle chips for snacks.
    Apple and mango juice.

    Yep, they do! It's by Penotti. It's fair trade, organic and really, really good. Don't know if they sell it in Australia though, but there are probably other brands that make the same thing. Apple butter is this, according to wikipedia. I don't know why you call it butter 'cause it's not butter, but I guess language is funny like that.

    Oh awesome, thanks for that! I think once upon a time I saw a vegan chocolate hazelnut spread in a health food shop, but it was quite small and they were selling it for $13! I can't remember the name of the brand though. They do have a vegan chocolate spread at my supermarket, but I've had other chocolate products by them and they're awful. That apple butter looks interesting, almost like vegemite! Is it yummy?

    ^Wow, that's ridiculously expensive, this one was €4,50 I think. The vegan chocolate spread at my supermarket is pretty gross too. The apple stuff is.. interesting. I like it, but I don't know many other people who do. It doesn't actually taste like apples.

    I very hastily made blueberry muffins, but instead of egg replacer, I accidently used gravy powder ( don't ask.... a serious senior moment!) they came out lovely, daren't tell non-vegan members of the family.
