    I haven't had much today. I sprained my ankle pretty bad yesterday and can't really walk. For breakfast I had 2 slices of toast topped with almond butter and 2 cups of coffee. Lunch was a Larabar and some water. Dinner is going to be veggie soup, veggie spring rolls and maybe some watermelon.

    Breakfast: bread with strawberry jam and a banana.
    Lunch: ontbijtkoek (breakfast cake) and an apple.
    Dinner: potato wedges, broccoli, red cabbage, apple sauce and tofu.
    I also had a cookie, tea and water.

    breakfast: brown toast and marmalade, soy cappuccino
    lunch: aubergine caponata, pitta bread and salad. tinned grapefruit and graham crackers for afters
    snack: grapes
    dinner: peanut butter and banana on toast, rest of the tin of grapefruit, an oat biscuit with homemade avocado chocolate spread on and a hot chocolate

    i'm not sure why but my sweet tooth seems to have multiplied tenfold over the last few weeks. i think it's the stress of uni work making me burn more calories. that's what i like to think...

    B: Pancakes with maple syrup and bananas
    L: Left over mushroom soup. Oat cakes.
    S: wholewheat noodles with a Chinese dish we do - onion, mushroom, green pepper, broccoli, courgette, cashew nuts with pineapple juice, soy sauce, tom puree, Chinese 5 spice and chilli powder!

    The pancakes for breakfast were so good, not had maple syrup for too long!

    post-run snack: banana and mixed berry smoothie
    lunch: red pepper hummus and salad sandwich, an apple and a flapjack cookie
    snack: black americano, mini flavoured rice cakes, a few bits of roasted king squash
    dinner: (just about to have) veggie casserole with mashed potato, then stewed apple and the rest of the soya plain yogurt for dessert

    It was nice. I think I overcooked it a bit, but it had a soggy bottom so I had to (I think the soggy bottom is because of my silly oven -not the pie's fault).

    It was tasty but quite hot/peppery, so I think I will let the next one go cold before eating it (I prefer food cold and it might reduce some of the heat). I probably wont buy again, I prefer Linda M pies and they are far cheaper, but I will definitely be giving the Frys Country Mushroom pies a whirl.

    Breakfast: Bowl of Dorset Cereals' tasty low-fat flakes, with fresh cherries and a blob of peanut butter.
    Lunch: Pitta stuffed with shredded cabbage, houmous, gherkin, cucumber and a spoonful of leftover stirfry.
    Snack: Coffee and Trek bar
    Dinner: Chinese restaurant; green beans in chill and garlic sauce, noodles, cashew nuts, tofu in szechuan sauce, seaweed, spring rolls... all shared between 3!

    two cups of tea trying to get warm
    snack: red bell pepper and celery sticks
    another cup of tea trying to get warm. it seemed the second i was warm i had to go outside again
    dinner: veg, bean and lentil chilli with brown rice and salad, stewed apples, white chocolate humdinger buttons and too many graham crackers. oh and a sneaky cupcake. i shall go to the gym tomorrow!
