    No, I bought it, there's a brand in Ireland called Country Kitchen that makes a dairy-free one, I'm not sure if its available in the UK. There used to be a dairy-free one in Tesco ages ago but I haven't seen it recently.

    I think I've seen them recently in my local Tesco, although the Tesco Vegan list only list the light choices mini naan as being vegan :-/

    Breakfast- Cinnamon apple oat meal with a dash of cashew butter and extra cinnamon mixed in and some pear on the side
    Lunch: Big salad with cucumbers, chickpeas, celery,olives, almonds & vegan rice cheese with an apple on the side
    Dinner: Vegan Lentil Stew with sweet potato biscuits
    Snack: Either blueberry yogurt with a cookie or a Lara bar

    Snack: Banana, walnuts, and sunflower seeds
    Lunch: Pinto beans and a sliced up raw orange bell peppers
    Dinner: Leftover burritos and white bean hummus with black bean and garlic chips

    L: Chips and 3 Linda McCartney sausages (excess in it's finest!)
    D: 2 spring rolls and then popcorn. I couldn't be bothered to cook, clearly!

    Yesterday:

    Bowl of muesli with soy milk, two glasses of water
    Gingernut biscuit
    Wholemeal pitta filled with breaded fried tofu and chilli sauce (leftover tofu from last night) with leftover steamed brocolli and carrots
    An orange and an apple, two glasses of water
    A handful of salted popcorn, wine, water
    A bowl of spiced cooked rosecoco beans (they are AMAZING...I'm a convert) with a slab of bread, some cherry tomatoes and olives.

    Yesterday:

    Breakfast - 2 slices of toast; one with peanut butter and jam, the other with Pure and low sodium marmite
    Lunch - Leftover 5 bean chilli with chilli flavoured tortilla chips and a salad
    Snack: Gingernuts
    Dinner: Lentil loaf, roast potatoes, heaps of steamed veg and gravy
    Dessert: Fruit crumble

    Stayed up late last night making 3 vegan shepherds pies; two for the freezer and one for today. It seems we are having a stodge fest this week!

    Breakfast: 1 slice of toast with Vitalite and marmite, another with PB and J
    Lunch: Olives, wholemeal pitta, salad and courgette things (I grated a courgette, mixed it with a little oil, crumbs of one slice of bread, some vegan cheese sauce powder, nooch, salt, pepper, fresh chopped basil, made into balls, coated with flour then fried and served with harissa and ketchup...DIVINE!)
    Dinner: We are going to Yo! Sushi or the local curry house

    Yesterday: multigrain cereal with flax and pumpkin seeds
    Avocado roll and tempura sweet potato roll with wasabi and ginger
    Salad with sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, broccoli, and a bunch of other veggies, Sweet potato fries, and a baked potato (I was obviously dragged out to a fish restaurant by friends. Seriously, those were the only three things on the menu, including appetizers, that I could eat!)
