Ooh, sorry for the delay in replying. I am afraid I don't have a recipe, it was basically a load of fried veggies (onions, mushrooms, carrots etc.) with smoked paprika, garlic, chipotle paste (from Waitrose, the only place I've managed to find chipotle, but you could just up the smoked paprika and add chilli powder otherwise), cooked split peas, tomato puree and some cooked millet for bulk and texture. Quinoa or breadcrumbs would work too. Baked in a pyrex baking tray rather than a loaf tin so it wasn't too squishy.
I've had good results with the vegan lunchbox
loaf studio before, that has an option for using split peas.
