Hi
I dont mind you asking at all, it was loosely based on this recipe but veganised with some adaptions, this is the recipe:
10 ML soy sauce
10 Grams yeast extract
1/2 stock cube (about 3 Grams)
30 Grams dehydrated soy chunks
100 Grams shallots halved
15 Grams tomato paste
100 Grams chopped carrot
100 Grams chopped swede
60 Grams prunes
50 Grams garden peas
800 Ml veg stock
15 Grams plain flour
1/8 Tsp Caraway seeds
1/8 Tsp Celery seeds
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Rosemary
1/4 Tsp Thyme
2 Cloves garlic minced
1 bay leaf diced
Black pepper to taste
I mixed stock cube, soy sauce & yeast extract then added hot water & soya chunks, then left them to rehydrate/soak for 20 minutes.
Add all veg to a pan (except peas & prunes), add stock and all spices/garlic, bring to the boil and add soy chunks and all liquid left from soaking.
Simmer for 45 minutes add peas & prunes.
Mix the flour with some water until its all combined then add to the stew & stir. Simmer until its thickened. Eat
