    Breakfast: Water, coffee, apple, pear, tangerine, soya yogurt
    Lunch: Chocolate Shreddies with hot soya milk & banana. 2 mince pies, chocolate. nuts
    Dinner: Mac & Cheese with Vegusto cheese, spring roll, bhaji, pakora, samosa, Redwood sausages. Mince pie. Chocolate
    Drinks: Soya latte, water, coffee, vokda, whisky

    Snack: Mixed berry Trek bar
    Lunch: Minestrone soup, handful of salted pretzels
    Snack: 2 Bear strawberry fruit roll-ups
    Dinner: Smoked tofu, broccoli, edamame beans, carrot sticks, pitta bread and houmous
    Snack: Clementine, handful of grapes, dried apricots, dried fruit and nuts, square of dark chilli chocolate

    Drinks: Water, Pepsi Max, Coffee.

    Just had a late (9am) breakfast of 2 slices of cinammon toast washed down with a cup of molasses (1 x teaspoonful in hot water) with added powdered ginger and turmeric.

    I am looking to become a raw vegan but my diet is already severely lacking; so the rice is until I can find some more things.

    Hi airalien, this thread is meant as a source of ideas; an inspiration for other forumers re. what they can eat. If you don't eat proper meals, not only is there no need to post about it here, but you need to do something with it as soon as possible. If you have questions or things you want to discuss about health/food, please use other trheads. You have mentioned that you have been vegan for 4 years, and if the best thing you can come up with for dinner is just rice after all these years, you really need to do something with your diet - now.
    I will not eat anything that walks, swims, flies, runs, skips, hops or crawls.

    excellent (although very carb-heavy) dinner made by my husband: tahini lemon rice and beans w/kale, lemony roasted potatoes, baked asian style tofu

    Snack: Smoothie w/coconut milk, frozen banana, blueberries, cashew butter & hemp seeds

    Dinner: Pasta w/ chunky veg tomato sauce & pine nut parm

    Snack: Marmite on toast, a home-made white chocolate covered marshmallow

    Drinks: Water, coffee w/vanilla milk, multi-vitamin juice, camomile tea

    Breakfast: toast with yeast extract and pumpkin seed butter (separate pieces of toast!); cucumber, tomatoes
    Lunch: avocado, spinach and pine nut sandwich; lettuce and tomato salad
    Dinner: lentil soup; stew made with artichoke hearts, potatoes and broad beans

    (Normally I'd eat a ton of fruit, but I've been out most of today and not had a chance.)

    cinnamon and raising bagel for breakfast and a black americano, and some chopped up fruit.
    my mum is in a cooking frenzy so i'm going to have homemade celeriac soup for lunch and then veg curry for dinner. making the most of it before i go back to uni!

    snack: clemetine, coffee, two dried figs
    lunch: salad with lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, balsamic dressing and cold roasted veg, apple, grapes
    snack: coffee and a piece of banana bread
    dinner: lentil bolognese and half a jacket potato, soya yogurt, piece of banana bread and some green&blacks 70% chocolate
    and then more coffee, currently drinking (it is decaf!)

    B: Big bag of Jelly Tots (don't normally but Nestlé but they were a present from a non-vegan friend who made the effort to get me something vegan)

    L: A banana, cashews & raisons, chocolate soya milk
