    Dinner: Mash, homemade seitan, homemade gravy, boston beans, carrots, sprouts
    Snacks: 2 apples, 1 pear, 3 tangerines, chocolate, ritz crackers
    Drinks: Soya latte, coffee, water, tea, Malibu & coke

    Lunch - lentil soup and a slice of porkless pie
    Tea - salad with watercress, rocket, spinach, roasted squash and beetroot, red onion, sunflower seeds and pinto beans in a wholemeal wrap
    Snacks - birthday cake, jelly
    Drinks - cups of tea, water, orange juice

    Yesterday: slice of toast, serving of brown rice, veggies, boca patty, soy cheese, salsa, wheat sandwich with boca patty, tofurky italian deli slice, soy cheese, ketchup, nutritional yeast and spicy dijon mustard. Today: Tofu scramble with spinach (baked). Loads of coffee!

    Dinner: Homemade pea soup, seitan sandwich, nakd choc orange bar

    Drinks: Water, coffee, soya latte, tea (ginger hibiscus, sweet chili, liver detox)

    Yesterday:
    Breakfast: Tofu scramble (turmeric, nutritional yeast, pepper, paprika and nu-salt) with spinach. All baked and topped with ketchup.

    Dinner: grillin wheat thins with a boca patty, soy cheese, tofurky italian deli slice, ketchup and nutritional yeast.
    Snacks: an apple, 2 Clif Builder bars
    Drinks: Coffee with Silk soy creamer and mint mocha homemade frapp with coffee, water

    Worked from 8-5:30 then class from 6-9...sort of a long day. Same again today and here on out.

    breakfast--oatmeal w/ apples and cinnamon
    snack--apple
    lunch--steamed cabbage and carrots w/ bragg's aminos (please someone tell me if the amino's are not vegan!)
    grapefruit w/ raw sugar on top (I know! I know! lol)
    dinner--mashed potatoes, green beans w/onion, garlic, and bragg's aminos, and cornbread
    salad sandwich for late night snackie

    drinks--all tea and water

    I am very tempted to make this! I plan on making veggie tortilla soup this weekend. Chicken tortilla soup is very popular in my area, but veggie tortilla soup should be even better!!!

    Yesterday:

    Lunch: half portions of the following: brown rice, edamame, corn, onion/bell pepper mix, vegan boca patty and tempeh. I had to to with half portions because I have a little lunch box too small to fit reg food. Also a mint chocolate builder bar.

    ^^It's a staple in our home.

    Just press some tofu, slice into 8 rectangles, and marinate in lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, soy sauce, rosemary, and black pepper. Then bake for about an hour.

    So good! And its lemony goodness works with so many salad-y type sides.

    cup of tea
    about to have dinner: roast dinner: carrots, kale, swede, brussels sprouts (yay!), portabello mushrooms, roast potatoes and vegetable gravy. will probably have homemade jamaica ginger cake that i have just bakes with some soya cream and fruit for dessert.
