I'm one of those shopper who, when its on sale, purchase a lot of it. Well yesterday, after finding an exceptional sale on Rotel, I came home to find I probably have a couple dozen cans. Does anyone have a favorite Rotel recipe?? Please

I haven't seen that but a lot of dishes involve both canned tomatoes and chillies, so it sounds like a good investment!
