Have your cake and vegan too
by Kris Holechek. Does anyone else have this? My sweet cousin bought me a copy as a thank-you present for making a batch of florentines for her!
Not sure what to try first, but there are some really interesting looking recipes in there. I particularly like the idea of a 'slump' which apparently is a cake mix on top of a fruit mix cooked in a saucepan.

Certainly sounds interesting, twinkle. Title is intriguing too. Does it imply there's now a verb "to vegan" I wonder?
