    Default Vegan cookery courses

If anyone is interested in learning new skills, being inspired, boosting their confidence and meeting a role model and wants to venture into vegan cooking in the kitchen then check out - ourlizzy (google search). I attended this course and thoroughly recommend it. A well equipped, spacious kitchen, with a number of workstations in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Lizzy also provides vegan B&B's at weekends. The rooms are ensuite, newly refurbished in a period property. The breakfasts are healthy, tasty and there is plenty of choice. For example, we had cereal (Dorset), Alpro yogurts, blueberries, orange juice, tea (organic) and scrambled tofu, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, vegan sausages, crumpet. Definitely going back. One of the most productive, ethical weekends ever spent.
