Yesterday:
Sauteed spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms. Baked beans. Two slices of wholemeal toast.
Baked beans and grated Sheese over two slices of wholemesl toast.
Fry's Pops. Mashed potato. Steamed broccoli. Cornbread. Mushroom-miso gravy. Sriracha mayo.

I'm not too bad until about 5pm, then the gorging starts... Seeing doc about it today. My other 'excuse' is that I'm pre-menstrual.
