thanks for the welcome!!! it was just after breakfast, so that was all i had eaten so far..
Later on i went to my local organic shop and got some yummy goodies: CoYo coconut yoghurt, vegan schnitzels, mint chocolate, carrot - ginger - apple juice.. mmmm. needless to say i was having a snack day but it was all delicious!

I had such a hard time finding whole wheat bread that didn't have high fructose corn syrup and honey in it. There's probably some organic breads out there but I really don't want to pay $5 for a loaf of bread.

Lunch: Half piece of pita stuffed w/ garlic hummus and cucumber sprinkled w/ chipotle powder
Snack: Chia/Qunioa/Maca 'tortilla' chips w/ hummus, apple
Dinner: Soup (kale, tomato, noodles, and onion) w/ an apple
Porridge w/frozen raspberries & banana, agave, flaxseed, cinnamon, soya milk
Peanut butter & blueberry jam sandwich

Quinoa, red lentils & spinach w/pita bread
