To be honest, most of my cooking attempts are pretty disastrous, but these were really easy, they came out really well , and I'll definitely make them again!

thanks for the welcome!!! it was just after breakfast, so that was all i had eaten so far..
Later on i went to my local organic shop and got some yummy goodies: CoYo coconut yoghurt, vegan schnitzels, mint chocolate, carrot - ginger - apple juice.. mmmm. needless to say i was having a snack day but it was all delicious!

I had such a hard time finding whole wheat bread that didn't have high fructose corn syrup and honey in it. There's probably some organic breads out there but I really don't want to pay $5 for a loaf of bread.

I weny to a Vietnamese restaurant for dinner and had a red coconut curry with smoked tofu and some banana coconut milk tapioca for dessert. When my curry came out I didn't realise that I had not specified tofu on its own so I got tofu and pork!! Yuck!! Luckily I explained and they were very nice about it and gave me a tofu-only one.
