I like the Wonderful brand of sweet chilli ones, which are often available in Sainsbury's and Waitrose in the UK, so I imagine they can be found more widely than that too. Morrison's do an own brand version which are much more savoury but still pretty nice. I had a quick look on the Spanish version of their site and but could only see the plain salted version listed.

For dinner, it'll be Red thai eggplant curry on rice and probably some banana nice cream for dessert

Dinner - burmese tofu stir-fry with mushrooms, cauliflower and leftover red cabbage coleslaw, served over pot barley. First time I've had barley as a grain, really nice stuff, will use more often in future.

it's stock-taking time at work and that always bores me sensless and has me reaching for the junk food. so this year I've brought in a HUGE bowl full of cut up veg and some salsa dip and a few whole raw carrots and tomatoes to munch on to keep me amused. it's doing the job so far... I haven't even thought about junk food (until now that is!).
for breakfast I had homemade oat and nut pancakes with vegan choc spread and lunch will be homemade spinach and mushroom soup (that provided I have any room left after munching all these veggies )

Not so well so far. All the recipes online tell you to get ice cream wafers and crush them into nuttella with some chopped nuts. I want there to be an actual shell, and thought crushed up rice crispies might work, made into a kind of cheesecake base and baked in cakepop moulds. Not a success. I'm sick at the moment so I'm still thinking of other possibilities.
If you made some wafer wet you could probably mould it.

I think dinner is going to be stirfry with some of the remaining garlic flowers and stems tossed in.
There will be cider and rum drunk between now and then ;-)
